It’s almost time for the start of Claudia Winkleman’s new chat show, and audiences have received strict instructions for how to dress.

The first of the TV legend’s shows will air in just a few weeks on Friday 13th March at 10.40pm.

Fans of The Traitors presenter, 54, can apply for tickets via to sit in the live audience during the show’s recording.

However, the website facilitating ticket distribution for The Claudia Winkleman Show has some words of warning when it comes to what to wear.

The information on SRO Audiences reads: ‘We’re asking everyone to dress to impress – we don’t want to see any tracksuits or puffer gilets; we’d like to look out at a sea of people dressed for a big night out with Claudia!’

Similarly to programmes such as The Graham Norton Show, which is made by the same production company as Claudia’s, there will be some audience participation.

As well as providing laughter and atmosphere, there’s a chance you could be chatting with one half of the former Strictly duo if you get tickets to watch.

The description reads: ‘If you want the opportunity to have a chat with Claudia and possibly be on TV, then this is the show for you!’

Filming will be taking place at Television Centre in White City London, with the first show recorded on March 2.

This new endeavour for Claudia comes after her exit from Strictly Come Dancing, which she announced alongside co-star Tess Daly back in October last year.

Since then, she’s been back on our screens with a record-breaking series of The Traitors.

As well as hosting some of the BBC’s biggest shows during her career, Claudia has worked with Channel 4 to present shows like The Piano.

She has also recently been announced as a presenter on Crufts, joining Clare Balding for the famous dog show.

The TV icon shows no sign of slowing down, and stays humble in the process.

She told the Daily Mail: ‘Now I have two new things, but they’re only on for a very short time. And thank goodness they’re gonna fail.’

‘Then you’re not gonna see me on a Saturday night. That’s it. I’m done. Where is she? Under the duvet with a dog.’

In the same interview, she revealed details about her decision to leave the Saturday night show: ‘It occurred to both of us about a year before.’

The Claudia Winkleman Show comes to BBC One on March 13 at 10.40pm.
